Yes, you can use up to twenty (20) 5 gallon plants as décor during your wedding.

No, the rental company only sets up the tables and chairs. They extra catering staff does non-décor table top set up, linens, napkins, glassware, flatware, and dinnerware, as well as, relocate chairs from ceremony to reception. If you have lots of non-floral DIY items, that need to be set up you can always hire an additional set-up person through our wedding planner Cassandra Lee & Co. Events.

No, the venue requires insured vendors to do all set-up.
When can rentals be dropped off/pick up?

Rentals can be dropped off the morning of the event, at 8am, and then picked up in the evening following the event.

Yes! There is cafe lighting throughout the property and inside The Greenhouse and it is MAGICAL!

Yes! The venue carries insurance, we require all vendors to carry insurance, and we require the couple to get insurance. Couples can purchase wedding and other event day coverage through https://www.theeventhelper.com.

Dance floor is optional! The Greenhouse has a 24x24 concrete pad that past couples have used as the dance floor for their weddings. Though if couples want to bring in a dance floor they can!

Yes, we have internet, however, we're in the canyons where our coverage isn't as good as it is in the city, have your vendors bring in a hot-spot for their best connection!

Yes, catering teams bring in mobile kitchen items, and yes there are several prep areas - one close to The Altar area for cocktail hour, and another close to The Greenhouse for the reception. Both have electricity and water!

Yes! We have wonderful in-house planners you will work with!

Absolutely not. Battery operated "flameless" candles, glow-in-the-dark wristbands, glow-sticks, and other non-flame party favors are perfect for the venue, however!

Yes! We have a few metal hand carts located at the entrance to The Nursery that our couples use as welcome tables!

Yes! Both the palette bar located inside The Greenhouse and the barrel bar located in The Grotto can both be moved around the cement pads where they are already located.

Generally yes, as long as we don't have another event going on at that time!

Unless we have back to back weddings, generally your rehearsal will be an evening or two before your wedding, starting by 4pm and ending by 5pm. If we have back to back weddings, we usually will do both on the Thursday or Friday before your wedding, if the weddings are Saturday and Sunday.
